Jeff Goldstein, owner and chef, was raised in Rockville, Maryland. Growing up on fresh, delicious seafood was a staple and runs deep in his blood! His love for fresh seafood is exactly how The Quiet Crab came to life.
Jeff started out as a small take out only business selling steamed Blue Crabs and crab cakes. Slinging these blues every weekend began to catch on and the business quickly became a full-time job. It did not take long for him to see how much his customers loved and appreciated the fresh seafood that he was bringing to Stuart, Floirda.
"Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life." With this quiet in mind, April 2018 Jeff established his official fresh seafood restaurant in Stuart, Florida called The Quiet Crab. Quality, service and fresh, never frozen seafood is exactly what you will get when you come to visit his restaurant!
Our Blue Crabs are the best in town. We get them shipped live from Maryland and Louisiana. We only give our customers the best of the best - so we only supply large, extra large and jumbos. The bigger the better around here! Also, with respect to the environment, we don't buy or sell female crabs.
